What you can expect if something goes wrong with an order.
Full refund if we cannot deliver
If we cannot find your vehicle in the registers, or the report is not in your inbox within 24 hours of your order, we refund you in full.
Delivery time
Reports are checked by hand and emailed to you within 8 to 10 hours. Please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Check your plate or VIN before paying
We run the check on exactly what you enter. If you notice a mistake before the report is sent, contact us straight away and we will fix it. Once it has been delivered, a wrong plate or VIN is not refundable.
If our report is wrong
If a record in your report turns out to be wrong because of our data, we will send a corrected report or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Digital reports and your 14-day right
Your report is a digital product that we start work on straight away. By ordering, you ask us to begin immediately and you accept that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the report has been delivered.
Platinum: refunds are for unused reports only
On a Platinum order, reports you have already received are not refundable. Any unused reports can be refunded in proportion to the price you paid.
How to ask for a refund
Use the Contact page, choose "Refund / billing request" and include your order ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
